'Red Dead Redemption 2' gameplay rumors, news: Bigger world in store; investors advised to buy Take-Two shares prior to fall release

(Facebook/rockstargames)"Red Dead Redemption 2" will arrive in the fall of 2017.

Fans are continuously waiting for news concerning "Red Dead Redemption 2," the highly anticipated sequel to "Red Dead Redemption" that has been in the rumor mill for a long time. With the game officially confirmed for a fall release next year, players are wondering what is in store for them when the title drops.

There is some talk of introducing more locations when the game releases. "Red Dead Redemption" already showcased parts of its world, but the sequel is expected to expand beyond that. Set in the 1890s, "Red Dead Redemption 2" is going to focus on life in Western America.

Earlier this year, Rockstar Games released the first official trailer for the upcoming title. The clip, which teases the story of the game, was met with positive reactions from fans. It shows off a single cowboy on a horse and beautiful terrains. A farm house, a breathtaking view, and the dazzling night sky are also featured. The simple life is definitely a key element to the game, but that all changes when a fire breaks out. It is clear that the fire was not accidental, and revenge is inevitable.

The game has already been confirmed to be released on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. However, a PC announcement has yet to be made. Fans are undoubtedly disappointed with this, since the first game was not made available on the PC either. As for Nintendo's new console, the Nintendo Switch, Take-Two Interactive president Karl Slatoff revealed that plans to release it on the device depend on its sales.

Speaking of Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games' parent company, it has been projected that the company will likely increase in value once "Red Dead Redemption 2" releases. According to CNBC, Cowen has advised investors to purchase shares before the game arrives.

"Red Dead Redemption 2" will be released in fall 2017.
