In the final moments of episode 18 titled "Honor Thy Father", it became clear that papa Pope would be paying a visit. Huck decided to testify against B613 so it was only a matter of time that the B613 command, Rowan Pope, would pop up.

ABC released a promotional clip of the upcoming episode named "I'm Just A Bill" that makes it clear Olivia will have to choose between her father and Fitz because taking Pope down means taking Fitz down too. Fashion & Style reports that regardless of the decision, Olivia will do everything in her power to tear him down.

However, taking down Rowan comes at an ultimate price and freeing herself and the US from her father won't be that easy. Her father asks her in the clip, "Is your hatred for me so great you are willing to tear him down to?" Will Olivia be willing to take down her father by destroying President Fitzgerald Grant, her one true love? Olivia Pope hates losing, but will she win at the cost of the love of her life?

Many viewers, however, are concerned about Huck's safety and know that Rowan will put a kill card on the whistle blower. With David pursuing the investigation, will Huck be safe? Actor Guillermo Diaz spoke to TVGuide about Huck and Rowan's situation. He said, "Rowan has more tricks up his sleeve. It's not gonna be good. I can't imagine he's happy with what's going on with Huck, but I think he knows he can't act hastily on this. It's different than (last time with) the kill cards. But Huck knows he has his eye on him."

Meanwhile, David is going to wrangle former B613 agents on Thursday's episode in order to use strength in numbers against Rowan. He will find some willing to go against Rowan but most decide they would rather be with papa Pope than against him.
