'Sister Wives' season 8 news: Wives rebelling against Kody?

(Facebook/Sister Wives)TLC hasn't made an announcement yet as to when Sister Wives will return for its eighth season run.

Ever since TLC aired "Sister Wives," fans have been wondering if everything is really good and peaceful inside the Brown household, especially now that there are reports pointing to the possible secret conflicts going on inside the polygamous clan.

New reports have emerged, claiming that the four wives of Kody Brown are now starting to rebel against the family head. This could be true, since Meri, Kody's first wife, obviously isn't happy anymore with the relationship she has. As fans already know, Meri sought for love from someone else in "Sister Wives" season six, though she ended up being catfished.

Meri's "rebellion" has become a point of debate for the past months, and though there are no signs of rebellion in Kody's three other wives, they may be keeping everything inside until "Sister Wives" season eight premieres.

There have also been rumors suggesting that Kody is planning to add two more wives to his continuously growing brood. He is allegedly planning to add Mindy Jessop to his wives list. Jessop is Robyn's step-niece, and Robyn is one of Kody's wives.

Another mystery woman being dragged into the chaotic rumor mill is Amanda, a family friend who has yet to respond to the issues. Kody and the other wives have also remained mum about the topic so not much is known about just how true the speculations are.

The only thing for certain at the moment is the fact that TLC has not yet announced a renewal for "Sister Wives," which means viewers cannot be assured just yet that there will be an eighth season for the polygamist and his huge family. Rumor has it that TLC is uncomfortable with Kody's purported plans to add two more wives since the network is aware of the many people who disapprove of the show and its theme.

For now, fans can just wait and see what TLC does to the series and if Kody will ever respond to the rumors. Who knows? A wedding might happen so "Sister Wives" season eight can become a reality.
