Tom (Ryan Eggold) and Liz (Megan Boone) will go to the extremes to find their missing daughter in the upcoming episode of "The Blacklist."

In the episode titled "Gaia," the promo shows a determined Tom and an emotional Liz longing for Agnes. Their baby was kidnapped and it still remains to be seen who has her. Liz is even willing to let go of her bad feelings towards her mentor Red (James Spader). She asked him to find Agnes even though she still doubts his loyalty to her. Liz has yet to decide if she will believe him or Alexander Kirk (UIrich Thomsen). Both swore that they only mean the best for her. Viewers get the idea though that only one of them is telling the truth.

Liz's husband, Tom, is steadily losing his patience. He wants to find his daughter the soonest way possible. He is expected to do the impossible and locate her. Tom has long given up hope that Red will do him a favor. He and the older man have not seen eye to eye for a long time. Tom, however, knows that Red will do everything for Liz. If Liz asks her surrogate father for help, he will oblige. The question still stands though if Red can be trusted. It is still possible that he is Agnes' abductor.

Meanwhile, Red's problem with Mr. Kaplan (Susan Blommaert) has not yet come to an end. As per IB Times, she will soon come back and get her revenge. Red shot her in the previous episode when she begged him to take her back, but she still survived.

NBC recently answered one of the fans' tweets about Blommaert's character. According to the teaser, Mr. Kaplan still has some unfinished business to take care of. Speculations claim that she will return and become Red's foe.

Executive producer Jon Bokenkamp previously said in an interview that Mr. Kaplan is already dead to Red.

"Red values loyalty above all else, and Mr. Kaplan betrayed him in the most impossible way. Remember, Reddington killed Newton Phillips in season 1 by suffocating him with a plastic bag from a funeral urn. He shot an old woman (Diane Fowler) after she betrayed him. Hell, he shot Pee Wee Herman! The man is ruthless. In Red's mind, Mr. Kaplan had to go," the EP shared with Entertainment Weekly.

"The Blacklist" season 4 airs on Thursday at 10 p.m. EST on NBC.
