'Frozen 2' rumors: Elsa to fall in love with a king?

Since "Frozen 2" was announced by Disney almost two years ago, numerous rumors about the upcoming movie sequel have surfaced online. While some of the rumors are mind-blowing, those claiming that "Frozen 2" will finally feature Elsa finding true love have not only thrilled the fans but have persisted as well.

It was in March 2015 when Disney confirmed that it is producing a sequel to "Frozen." As the said movie raked in billions of dollars for Disney, $ 1,276,480,335 as its worldwide gross to be more specific, producing a sequel for which is really no surprise at all.

Despite Disney keeping mum on the status of the movie since its announcement, numerous rumors have been attached to "Frozen 2." However, there is no denying that, among the several speculations and plot theories said, one that has remained consistent is that Elsa will finally have her own love life in "Frozen 2."

According to the latest reports, "Frozen 2" will cast the spotlight on the individual characters of Elsa and Anna. While it is said that the movie will feature Anna discovering that she also has her own snow powers, "Frozen 2" is believed to feature Elsa falling in love with a king.

Elsa's love life in "Frozen 2" has been one of the favorite topics online. At the earlier part of this year, the Disney Ice Queen even grabbed headlines as her fans engaged in a Twitter war, with some asking Disney to make her a lesbian and give her a girlfriend, while the other camp lobbied for her to have a prince charming.

Apart from Elsa having a love life, rumors claiming that the upcoming animated movie sequel will give Olaf, the adorable snowman in the first "Frozen" movie, his own partner have also gotten louder the past few months. Reportedly, a snowwoman will be introduced in "Frozen 2," and she will serve as Olaf's love interest.

"Frozen 2" is rumored to arrive in 2018, although Disney has yet to confirm this.
