Tony's (Michael Weatherly) classy apartment is up for grabs in the upcoming episode of "NCIS." Which lucky NCIS agent will get the chance to sublet the place?

In the episode titled "Home of the Brave," the sneak peek reveals that Tony's father, DiNozzo Sr. (Robert Wagner), will ask Abby (Pauley Perrette), Bishop (Emily Wickersham) and McGee (Sean Murray) to meet him at his son's old apartment. According to him, Tony and his daughter, Talia, are enjoying Paris and wish to stay there for an indefinite period of time. Since they do not know when they will return, it is better to lease the apartment to someone else, preferably a person they know well.

DiNozzo Sr. says he wants to offer the place to the trio first since they are practically family. Tony reportedly made him landlord and he wants to settle things before he leaves for Paris for the holidays. Abby, Bishop and McGee all express their interest in the apartment. They know it is a steal since DiNozzo Sr. assures them the price is just right. Before they can decide who will get the honor of subletting the place, the trio get a call from headquarters, asking them to check out a reported murder.

In another promo, it is revealed that the case the NCIS will be handling next involves a dead Navy officer. The investigation reveals that he was shot while trying to subdue a robber. Only one person witnessed the entire thing, since the security cameras were pointing at the wrong direction. According to the local police, they learned about the incident when a night shift employee called 911. The man named Victor Medina is now missing. Previous spoilers reveal that he is wanted by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) is working the case.

"NCIS" season 14 episode 7 will air Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
