'Allison Road' game: 'Silent Hills' P.T. influences new survival horror game

The much awaited horror game "Silent Hills" was officially canceled last April. Fans have been expecting the game but sadly, Konami had to pull the plug on this project due to some unknown reasons.
The IP was supposed to be a collaboration project between director Guillermo Del Toro and "Metal Gear Solid" designer Hideo Kojima, with the inclusion of "The Walking Dead" star Norman Reedus, as reported by Kotaku.
Fortunately, fans who have been left disappointed with the cancellation of what was supposed to be the ninth installment in the "Silent Hill" series can look forward to a newly announced game, called "Allison Road."
"Allison Road" is inspired by the "Silent Hills P.T." and is still on its pre-alpha phase. As mentioned by the video game blog, the game is like a combination of "Silent Hills" and "Five Nights at Freddy's," where the player has to survive five nights inside the haunted house.
"You will take on the role of the unnamed protagonist who wakes up one day without any recollection of prior events," as described by the developers of the game. "Over the course of five nights, it is your objective to uncover the whereabouts of your family, unravel the mysteries of the house, and face off against [dark entities] that are nested deep within the house, while the clock is relentlessly ticking towards 3:00am," they added.
The new IP is also being developed by the new UK studio Lilith Ltd., as stated on their official Facebook page.
There is not much interaction in the "Silent Hills" P.T. but in "Allison Road," players can interact with the various objects found inside the game. Players can even lift things and even turn off the T.V. using the remote, as showed in the gameplay trailer posted by the developers on the game's YouTube channel.
There is still no news regarding the game's official release. The IP's official website only states that the developers are currently working on it and says in the comment section of the video, "we'll soon bring a website online with a FAQ page, where we'll answer all of them."
