'Blindspot' episode 21: Emotions out in the open when team is trapped

Season 1 of "Blindspot" has three more episodes to go and the team gets closer to finding out about Operation Daylight. With the secrecy and revelations in the past episodes, suspicions are running high among them. In episode 21, titled "Of Whose Uneasy Route," FBI files are compromised due to hackers and an office lockdown is ordered.
When all of them are forced to stay inside the office, they begin to confront each other about their suspicions. Among Bethany Mayfair's agents, only Kurt Weller has an idea about the Operation Daylight, which she is a part of. Agent Patterson, who is in charge of decoding the tattoos found on Jane Doe's body, has grown suspicious of her since she has refused to open files related to the investigation repeatedly. Patterson has shared her thought with another comrade, Edgar Reed, who has also received threat with his involvement in the case.
While Mayfair may not be all innocent with the deaths happening around them, it appears that she, too, has been blindsided and her life is also in danger. She has been warned against investing the death of Tom Carter. Tasha Zapata has not told anyone about previously working for Carter and her gambling addiction is something she also keeps.
Meanwhile, the growing attraction between Doe and Weller will lead to a confession as a result of being trapped inside the building. It is clear that Weller has ended his previous relationship, but Doe is still technically in a relationship with the mysterious man Oscar, who always keeps watchful eyes on her.
With three more episodes to go, the hidden puzzle pieces in the anagram weekly titles are coming together. A popular speculation says that when Doe's final tattoo is discovered, it would lead her to her final mission, which is to kill Weller.
Executive Martin Gero said, "There is a reveal in these last couple of episodes that turns the show completely upside down," which means the messages in the anagram may not be what they seem. Gero also revealed, "The finale is the first episode where there's not a single shot fired."
