'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' season 3 spoilers: Rosa fears for her boyfriend's life in episode 20

(Facebook/BrooklynNineNine)Adrian thinks there is an assassin sent to kill him in the upcoming episode of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine."

Rosa (Stephanie Beatriz) will be dealing with boyfriend problems in the upcoming episode of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine."

In "Paranoia," TV Guide reports that Terry (Terry Crews) will not waste time telling Rosa that he disapproves of her relationship with Adrian (Jason Mantzoukas). To change Terry's mind, she will be asking Jake's (Andy Samberg) help. Rosa wants Jake to put in a good word about Mr. Pimiento's many positive traits. Before they can start their plan, however, something earthshaking will happen to her boyfriend.

Adrian thinks someone out there wants to kill him. He believes that a person from his past has come to settle scores. Rosa is worried for his life and she will not be able to stop herself from telling her friends in the precinct about the threat. Is Adrian's supposition true? If so, how will the people of the 99th precinct help him and Rosa? Will this be an opportune time for Terry to change his mind about Adrian?

Last episode, Terry was vindicated when Jake help him solve a case from his old records. When he was still working at his old precinct, Terry led a bust in a seemingly disabled man's apartment. Terry identified him as the suspect behind several cases of breaking and entering in the city during that time. According to his investigation, the man used the high-rise windows of his victims' apartments to get inside and steal things.

His former colleague made fun of Terry after seeing the hapless man in the wheelchair. Totally embarrassed, Terry tried to put the blame in the suspect's cat, prompting the whole precinct to tell feline-inspired jokes about him. Jake helped Terry prove that the man was actually faking his condition and that he was indeed the criminal he was being accused to be.

"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" season 3 episode 20 will air on Tuesday, March 29, at 9 p.m. EDT on FOX.
