'Chicago Med' season 1 episode 16 spoilers: Doctors take on complex cases just as Joint Commission arrives to evaluate hospital

It's never a dull day at Chicago Med. Tuesday night's episode titled "Disorder" will have all the doctors preoccupied with their own cases. While the complexities of each case may bring out either the best or the worst in each doctor, they will have to watch their behavior as the hospital is being evaluated.
Episode 16 of "Chicago Med" will see a growing conflict between Dr. Rhodes and Dr. Downey. When a patient with a host of health and heart issues is discovered to have been misdiagnosed, the two doctors fail to agree on the best course of action. The promo shows Dr. Rhodes disagreeing with his mentor and subsequently struggling during heart surgery. Was his course of action the right call to make?
Meanwhile, Dr. Choi comes to the rescue of a man with a leg injury while riding along with "Chicago Fire" paramedic Brett. However, complications arise when they reach the patient's residence. They have a hard time locating the patient given his excessive hoarding.
In a sneak peek into the episode, Dr. Choi finally locates the patient and sees that his injury is more than 24 hours old. When asked why he didn't ask for help sooner, the patient admits that he didn't want others to see how he lived. Regardless, Dr. Choi shows the patient empathy and assures the patient that he will take care of him.
Dr. Manning and Dr. Reese work together to treat a patient who was bitten by her own dog. The doctors become suspicious of the patient when it seems that she is withholding information about what had really happened.
While all of these cases are happening, Goodwin must ensure that everyone is on their best behavior especially since the Joint Commission makes a surprise visit to Chicago Med. They are there to evaluate and rate the hospital's standards.
Be sure to catch "Disorder" airing on May 3.
