Dante Wilkerson (Evan Jones) aka Phyton is back to annoy the hell out of Avery Ryan (Patricia Arquette) in the upcoming episode of the CBS series "CSI: Cyber."

In "Python's Revenge," IMDb reports that the female agent's biggest nemesis, the criminal who goes by the name Phyton, returns to make her rue the day she pushed him to his limits.

The last time viewers saw him, Phyton was very angry at Avery, enough to tell her some previously unknown information about himself. Their battle of wills started years ago, but it was only when he killed Agent Flemming (Andrew Miller) that he made the fight a personal one.

Flemming was Avery's good friend. During episode 8 of the current season, Phyton succeeding in trapping and murdering him. He made Avery listen while he tortured the agent. Phyton had been careful in erasing any trail that would lead back to him, making the task of locating him nearly impossible for Cyber. After a lot of digging, Avery's team hit pay dirt. They were able to discover that his mother was still living and that his true name was Dante.

As a kid, he had been bullied for his skin condition. The psoriasis gave him snake-like skin and this eventually led to others calling him "Phyton." Avery returned to the Cyber that day, ecstatic that she finally one-upped Phyton. That was until she realized that the criminal had been to her own office, posing as a maintenance man. The last thing that viewers saw of Phyton was his evil grin as he once again escaped from Avery.

Now that Phyton is back, he will make sure that Avery pays for what she did. The synopsis reveals that he will kidnap her surrogate daughter. To get her back, Avery and her team will have to crack "a series of elaborate code-like puzzles." Will they be able to save the teen in time?

"CSI: Cyber" season 2 airs Sundays at 10 p.m. EST on CBS.
