'Dance Moms' season 6 spoilers: Abby Miller quit? is it for good?

Abby Lee Miller is not getting away from her legal woes with the government just yet, causing her to make one hard decision: resigning from being ALDC team's coach. In episode 4 of "Dance Moms" season 6 aired on Jan. 26, Miller seemed distressed.
The fourth episode titled "Now You See Abby, Now You Don't" started off with Abby in her ALDC LA (Abby Lee Dance Company Los Angeles) office having a rather emotional phone call with her lawyer. "I'm in a bit of crisis," she admitted. "I've had it."
"Right now, I don't have a bra on, my car is in rollers, I'm in my slippers and I have a huge legal issue going on ... I'm finished," she continued.
Her legal troubles had added a big chunk on Miller's emotional roller coaster of a week following episode 3. For the third time since her fraud indictment began, Miller was able to delay federal trial, claiming that she needs more time to review FBI evidence against her. According to report from Deadline, a federal judge granted the reality star an extension to reply to the case.
Miller is accused of faking bankruptcy with the federal government filing a case against her for allegedly concealing $755,000 in fees and other assets from the show.
During the final practice of the team for their upcoming competition, Jill Vertes revealed to the mothers that Abby has resigned through email.
The summary for episode 5 "Abby's Replaceable," two new instructors are named to replace Abby after she "locks the team out of her studio." Debbie Allen at Debbie Allen's Dance Academy will invite the ALDC team to train with her, while choreographer Nakul Dev Mahajan will prepare a Bollywood routine for the minis.
The question that remains, though, is whether or not Miller will be out of the show for good. A synopsis for episode 6 "Abby's New Favorites" indicates that it will not be really long until she comes back. It reads: "Abby's back, but she's only focusing on the minis; and a new mini auditions for the team."
"Dance Moms" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
