'Dance Moms' season 7 to hold auditions for new season

There will be "Dance Moms" season 7, after all, despite earlier speculations that the show's previous season on Lifetime was its last, as it has been learned that the reality dance show on Lifetime is currently looking for young talents to be featured on the show for its upcoming new season.
It has been revealed by Dance Moms Official Spoilers Instagram post that the show will be back on Sept. 6 for the second half of its season 6, and it has been renewed on Lifetime for a season 7, which will feature 13 episodes.
According to reports, "Dance Moms" season 7 will be holding auditions in several U.S. cities this summer in its attempt to showcase new talents on the show. Filming for the upcoming season is alleged to begin mid of August after the leg of auditions concludes in Greenvale, New York on Aug. 18.
Apart from holding auditions, "Dance Moms'" Abby Lee is also set to give dance lessons in the Brooklyn leg of the auditions. Based on the posting of ShowClix, the world-renowned dance instructor on "Dance Moms" is holding a dance lesson session for kids between 8 and 18 years of age on Aug. 13. However, the event will not be for free as each kid who will participate in the dance lessons and auditions is to pay $149. A kid's accompanying adult will be charged with $49 as a spectator fee, which comes with the opportunity to observe the dance lessons and have a photo opportunity with Lee.
It is unclear, though, if all the auditions will come with a dance lesson with Lee, which makes the $149 fee compulsory for all those who are interested to be part of the show.
As of this writing, there is still no news on when "Dance Moms" season 7 will air on the Lifetime network.
