The latest game in the "Digimon" franchise has new features in its latest update. "Digimon World: Next Order" now has more Digimon to offer fans.

"Digimon World: Next Order" has become the hottest thing right now in the "Digimon" fandom. This may more or less be because it had taken Bandai Namco Entertainment a long time to release a new game from the franchise.

The latest information on "Digimon World: Next Order" reveals a ton of information on downloadable content (DLC) packs, as well as on a new Digimon, story elements and dungeons.

According to Gematsu, Tamers can finally discover a ton of new Digimon inside the game. There appears to be at least five Digimon available for collection in new maps. However, Armageddemon is one that tamers ought to focus on.

Armageddemon is a Mega form Digimon that is only accesible via a new story dungeon in the Dimensional District. Players who complete Story Mode have to defeat him and save the Digital World. Meicoomon and Maycrackmon will also join players for new adventures. They can be remembered to be Digimon from "Digimon Adventure Tri."

Meanwhile, players can finally get to experience Network Battles in the Dimensional Box at Jijimon's house. This allows them to face each other in a retro-ish Digimon atmosphere. Players retrieve rewards depending on their points.

In other news, Bandai Namco has also revealed that the DLC packs for the game will be free. This means all post-launch content will be accessible to all players.

These content offerings will include Digimon such as Piedmon and Myotismon. It will even have the scary Boltboutamon, accessible via a secret event.

Players will also have to look forward to different events, which may actually give them chance to get Digimon such as Tukaimon and even Sorcermon.

"Digimon World: Next Order" was released for the PlayStation 4 in Europe on Jan. 27, and will arrive in North America on Jan. 31. It will become available in Japan as "Digimon World: Next Order International Edition" on Feb. 26.
