'Disney Infinity' discontinued: The timeline for online services announced

When "Disney Infinity" was released for the first time, it had a promising start since the game had a mix of toy collecting, and at the same time, it used the toy in the game. A lot of money was thus poured into it. Unfortunately, a few years later, Disney Infinity will stop the production of the toys that are used for the game. Its servers will be discontinued as well.
There is already a timeline on how the developers will handle the gradual cease of operations for "Disney Infinity." On March 3, 2017, the online services and the community support for the game will be halted and this includes all the platforms for the game. For the gamers who are playing thru Apple TV and the Windows 8 and 10 versions. they won't have the capability to play the game anymore on that day.
There were some changes that were already made effective back in July 29, 2016. The micro transactions that were present within the game will not work anymore for "Disney Infinity 2.0" for the Steam, PC versions. This will also be the case for mobile users with the iOS, Google Android and Apple TV versions. However, "Disney Infinity 3.0" will still stay the same for its in-game transactions for the Steam version.
On September 30, 2016, players will not be able to log in to the game. This includes the PC version and the other mobile versions of "Disney Infinity." "Disney Infinity 2.0" and "Disney Infinity 3.0" can still be logged into on the Steam version of the game, but there will be no more online services for it. During this day, no more toy boxes will be reviewed and approved.
By January 3, 2017, there will be no more micro transactions to be made within the game for Windows 8 and 10 versions. On March 3, 2017, all the features that the "Disney Infinity" community has enjoyed before will be halted.
The reason why Disney is shutting down the game is reportedly due to the financial loss that the company experienced.
