During the last PAX Prime 2014, game developer Campo Santo revealed the 2-minute cinematic gameplay trailer of 'Firewatch,' the studio's first game ever.

"Firewatch is a mystery set in the Wyoming wilderness, where your only emotional lifeline is the person on the other end of a handheld radio," according to the game's official website.

The mysterious journey of the two characters/voices in the video teases a story-driven game that could erupt into a thrilling action adventure.

"But when something strange draws you out of your lookout tower and into the world, you'll explore a wild and unknown environment, facing questions and making interpersonal choices that can build or destroy the only meaningful relationship you have."

The development team of Firewatch has worked in stealth for quite sometime now.

This is why it delights them to know that there are several people that recognized the potential of the game during the presentation of the trailer at PAX event.

"Hey everybody! Thanks for all your kind words about the art in our Firewatch trailer and demo! We were quiet about the environment art progress before PAX because we wanted to save the surprise, but now that you have all seen it, let's get back to showing you our process," wrote Jane of Campo Santo in her recent blog.

The texture, color grading and visual fidelity that can be witnessed in the gameplay clip is a product of the collaboration of Marmoset Skyshop and Amplify Color.

Graphics designer named Paolo was also mentioned as the one responsible for building a directional stylistic fog system and shaders for water, painterly distant mountains and clouds.

Telltale Games staffers Jake Rodkin and Sean Vanaman are leading the brood of talented designers and artists.

Rodkin and Vanaman have recently assisted in the direction of hit series 'The Walking Dead.'
