"General Hospital" episodes this week are going to involve a lot of revelations and secrets being discovered. According to a spoiler report by Celeb Dirty Laundry, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) will be on the move to find out the truth about Hayden's (Rebecca Budig) past as Rachel. They are not working together though, but as detailed, the two have a common goal — to protect Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Bechtel).

Liz and Laura (Genie Francis) will also ask Sam to find out the truth about Hayden. This will lead Sam to ask help from Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), who will, within just a week, find out some information about Hayden and give it to Sam.

Meanwhile, Liz will also be discovering something on her own as she tries to find out what happened to Jake (James Nigbor). While going through same details, she will find out something about Hayden. As to what they will find out about Hayden or Rachel, fans will have to stay tuned. As for Nikolas (Tyler Christopher), it's still to be known if he will get angry at Liz, Laura, and Sam for snooping into his wife's life. But will he be upset or will he have a shocking reaction as well?

This week's episodes will also reveal who Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) really is. According to Inquisitr, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will confront the new doctor about his stalking. That is when Dr. Griffin will confess some information about himself. He will reveal to Anna that he is the son of Duke (Ian Buchanan). Fans will have to stay tuned though to find out who his mother is and what his real motive for being in Port Charles is.

A lot more is expected to happen, including the will reading of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) and the role of Claudette in the life of Nathan.

"General Hospital" airs every Monday to Friday on ABC.
