(Fox/official Facebook page)L-R: "Gotham" cast members Erin Richards, Camren Bicondova, Sean Pertwee, David Mazouz, Donal Logue, Ben McKenzie, Cory Michael Smith and Robin Lord Taylor during the show's booth signing.

The second season of Fox's "Gotham" debuted more than a month ago and so far the second outing for the series is seven episodes in. The show has only three more broadcasts left until the finale and there is no denying that "Gotham" has ramped up the excitement every week. However according to one cast member, the rest of season two is something fans should not dare miss.

Jessica Lucas has also been brought in at the onset of the second season to play the role of Tigress aka Tabitha Galavan. Tabitha is the crazy and deranged sister of the criminal politician, Mayor Theo Galavan, and according to Lucas she has been having the time of her life playing the tempestuous character.

In an interview with Toronto Sun, Lucas has explained how different Tigress is from all the other roles she has played. According to the actress, being that the show is a comic adaptation most of the storylines and characters are over the top.

"I've always played these down-to-Earth characters, and Tigress is so outside-the-box. It's this comic book world where everything's really heightened and there's not really any rules."

Lucas has also revealed in the same interview some details surrounding the rest of season two. According to the Melrose Place alum, season 2 would be incredibly action-packed and more about Tigress' background would be revealed.

"There's definitely a lot more action coming from her in future episodes. I feel like you're going to find she has a history separate from her brother. Maybe before this specific thing (Theo's attempt to get himself elected Mayor of Gotham) they probably would have trusted each other more. But as you see this thing unfold and things not go as planned, you'll see if there's as much loyalty there as you might think."

The second season of Gotham airs every Monday at 8pm ET on FOX.
