The life-altering surgery can forever change their paths. Bailey will take up the case of a pregnant woman that is close to her heart. It doesn't seem like she will be a relative of Bailey's, but could this pregnant woman be her friend or a former patient?

It is unclear whether actress Geena Davis' character will survive the surgery. However, viewers must keep in mind that she is a guest star on the show.
