Meredith Grey has taken huge strides after recently reentering the dating scene; however, she comes to regret her latest decision in an all-new episode titled "When It Hurts So Bad" airing this Thursday night.

After cancelling dates two times in a row, it seems that third time's a charm for Meredith's budding romance with Will Thorpe. Meredith has an enjoyable date with Will and the two seemingly grow closer. However, by the next morning, Meredith is totally regretting her decision.

In the promo for the upcoming episode, Meredith wakes up to see Will beside her. She freaks out and throws him outside the bedroom unclothed. She begins screaming that she wants Will to get out of her house. Maggie and Amelia rush over to see what is happening. Maggie, as a protective sister, starts confronting Will about what he could have possibly done to Meredith. However, judging from Will's expression, he's as clueless as they are.

Meredith's latest freak-out has much to do with the painful loss of husband Derek Shepherd. After her 11-season romance with the deceased neurologist, it is understandable that she will have a hard time letting a new man enter her life.

Is there still hope for Meredith and Will?

Meanwhile, Maggie will go through her own relationship struggles in this week's episode. Andrew is starting to regret going public with their relationship, starts avoiding Maggie, and ignores her calls. He even lies that he has been busy when Maggie confronts him.

In a sneak peek for "When It Hurts So Bad," Maggie tells Andrew that she doesn't want to play games and asks him if he really wants to be with her. Andrew hesitates to give an answer.

Also in the episode, Amelia reevaluates relationship with Owen. Catherine also arrives in town and shakes things up with son Jackson and April.
