'Grey's Anatomy' season 13 spoilers: Jackson confronts his mother for causing trouble in the hospital

Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) will try to end the animosity within the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital on the next episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13.
In the sneak peek for the episode called "Civil War," Jackson will confront his mother Catherine (Debbie Allen) about the "Minnick situation" since the arrival of Eliza Minnick (Marika Dominczyk) caused a lot of trouble within the hospital.
Catherine tries to pretend that she does not know what her son is talking about and claims that she should not be blamed for hiring Minnick since Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) was the one who appointed her to become the new head of the surgical residency program. But Jackson reminds her that Bailey only hired Minnick because of his mother's urging.
Jackson threatens his mom that he will use his position as the voice of the Avery Foundation in the hospital to overstep on her influence in the hospital and finally end the chaos. "I'm gonna be making the decisions from now on. I'm going to go to the governing board. I'm gonna get Webber (James Pickens Jr.) back in and Minnick out. I'm going over your head," Jackson says in the trailer.
Meanwhile, the synopsis for the episode also reveals that Webber, Catherine, Jackson, and his ex-wife April Kepner (Sarah Drew) will deal with a demanding trauma case that will only get worse by the ongoing hospital politics.
On the other hand, Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone) will finally act on her feelings for Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd), while her ex sister-in-law Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) will be in the middle of the hostility between her best friend Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) and her love interest Nathan Riggs (Martin Henderson) over one of their patients.
The next episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 will air on ABC tonight, March 9, at 8 p.m. EST.
