Australian 'Work' rapper Iggy Azalea has been battling controversy over the past weeks, including an alleged sex tape released by an ex-boyfriend.

Azalea finds herself in the middle of a rough situation with an ex once more; this time with her songs.

According to a report in Hollywood Reporter, the 'Fancy' rapper has filed a lawsuit against Maurice Williams, or more popularly known as Jefe Wine.

The story of the lawsuit goes back to 2008, when a then 17-year-old Amethyst Kelly (Azalea's real name) was supported by Maurice Williams in a hotel room in Houston, Texas.

When Azalea moved to Atlanta, Ga., the next year, Williams followed her and lived in her apartment, where he was able to download the contents of Azalea's computer.

Aside from the threat to release an alleged sex tape, Williams made a press release stating that he, together with the companies he is working with, has secured the rights to one of Azalea's EPs called "Inizio."

"We believe the merger will be monumental because the projects that we have coming down the pipeline are going to shock the world!" Williams said in the press release.

Azalea has claimed this action as 'forgery' and is expected to stand her ground.

Meanwhile, Azalea continues to sizzle in a new video with Jennifer Lopez entitled 'Booty.' The raunchy video shows the rapper engaging in seductive and sensual actions with veteran pop star Lopez.
