iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak by Pangu news: Safari jailbreak being blocked?

Following the big release made by Pangu and 25PP, the jailbreak for iOS 9.2 to 9.3.3 is now available through Safari's web browser.
iOS developers worked on the project so Safari web browser users can check the jailbreak through other devices aside from the computer. However, iDownload News notes that Apple may be blocking the certificate that was initially used to get through and anyone who attempts to use the jailbreak will get an error box.
If one tries to break through the system, a message that reads "Unable to Download App - 'PP Jailbreak' could not be installed at this time" appears. There are two options options that come with the error: Done and Retry. Unfortunately, no matter how one keeps on retrying, the same pop-up will appear each time.
On the other hand, the iOS developer who came up with the jailbreak is purportedly working on a possible fix for the issue that users have encountered.
The good thing is 25PP has an iOS 9.2 to 9.3.3 version that Windows users can try to make use of. Below are the steps on how a person can use Pangu's English jailbreak tool for iOS 9.3.3, as detailed by 9to5Mac.
First off, download the Pangu app from pangu.io then proceed to get the Cydia Impactor edition that works with the operating system currently in use. Attach the iPhone to the computer first then run the Cydia Impactor tool to begin with the first few processes.
It is important that Cydia recognizes the device before getting the Pangu.ipa app integrated with the Cydia Impactor tool. An Apple Developer Warning box will pop out. Click the OK button, and when a prompt box asks for an Apple ID email address and password, provide the necessary credentials.
Once the Pangu app is on the iOS device, go to Settings, General Device Management, and click on the Developer App email address that's linked to the Apple ID used earlier. Tap Trust two times.
Now, move back to the Home screen, get the Pangu app on the iPhone running, and allow the application to access the Notifications panel. Once the Pangu app is started, a prompt may appear and the user should lock the device when a request to have the device locked pops up. After this, a notification should arrive and will be followed by a respring that needs to be completed so Cydia will finally appear on the device.
Finally, unlock the device and see Cydia on the Home screen.
Pangu's jailbreak is available for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch that runs iOS 9.3.3, 9.3.2, 9.3.1, 9.2.1, and 9.2.
