New iPhone 6 rumors has surfaced after new images were leaked. In late May, the back portion of the next iPhone was revealed, showing a thin metal material with cutouts for the microphone, flash, camera and Apple logo.

Now, the French website Nowhereelse.fr is showing the same part in multiple angles, displaying a high-quality material that makes it more genuinely Apple's.

The captured image of the iPhone 6 shows longer volume buttons, with the mute switch on the left and SIM card on the right.

The lock button seems to relocate from the top to the upper right portion which jibes with earlier rumors. The handset also seems to be more rounded and slimmer.

September is the much-rumored month when the iPhone 6 is expected to be officially announced, at first possibly a traditional 4.7-inch model. This being the smaller variant of the two versions rumored to launch. The larger one featuring a 5.5-inch display.

Flagship devices from other top manufacturers, such as Samsung, LG and HTC, have already been in the market since the first half of the year, creating a fad of bigger screens in smartphones.

Apple's next iPhone has been much speculated on, regarding its looks, specs and release date. Some had expected it to come early in the first half of the year, but Apple appears to be sticking to its usual late-in-the-year launch schedule.

Apple's next smartphone will most likely pack the latest and greatest processor. While nothing else is confirmed yet, with regard to the iPhone 6, Apple has just unveiled its new OS which will run on the device.

iOS 8 comes with new features which includes several tweaks previously seen in iOS jailbreaks and lots of other enhancements.

When the iPhone 6 is unveiled, past patterns has shown that Apple will then release iOS 8 in September and iWatch in October.
