Rumors are rife that Katie Holmes is three months pregnant with Jamie Foxx's baby. If this were true, this will be Holmes' second child.

In a report in Star Magazine, the couple reportedly tied the knot in a secret wedding in Foxx's mansion in Hidden Valley, California early this year. The report further added that she and Foxx are wearing wedding bands. However, the couple allegedly want to keep their relationship low-key so they are trying to keep away from the media glare as far as possible saying that Holmes' ex-husband "might go crazy."

The couple have slowly been making their relationship public as they have been spotted on different occasions recently.

Despite these rumors, many are in doubt whether the secret wedding ceremony has really taken place because Foxx was not spotted with Holmes in her recent outing with her daughter, Suri.

AOL reports that the mother and daughter was spotted watching a college basketball game between Notre Dame and Stephen F. Austin at Barclays Center in New York.

Foxx's representative, however, has debunked these rumors recently in an announcement on People magazine saying that the couple are neither married nor engaged.

Holmes, in the meantime, said in an article in Ocean Drive magazine that New York has become sort of her haven, especially if she's facing some tough times. She said that by going around the city, she becomes grateful knowing that there are people who are undergoing a much tougher time than she does.

She said, "You suddenly can't be stuck in whatever problem you're in because you have to hail a cab or you have to get a subway ticket. There's more than just you, and I think the harsh winters give you a little bit of character."

Holmes' divorce from Tom Cruise gained a lot of media attention in 2012 due to his Scientology faith. There were speculations that Holmes was afraid what effect it could have with their daughter, Suri.
