Lenovo Vibe S1 official specs and release date: handset will come with two front-facing cameras

Lenovo has finally made the Vibe S1 official by unveiling the flagship during the big tech gathering event, IFA 2015. And the device definitely intrigued and surprised fans when it was reported that it will come with two lenses for the front-facing camera.
During Lenovo's IFA 2015 press release, the company explained the purpose of the device coming with two front-facing cameras. According to GSM Arena, the first camera or the 8 MP front, main camera is in charge of taking selfies, while the second one, the 2 MP camera, will analyze the depth of field, which will then replicate the human eyes' binocular vision. The main rear camera, on the other hand, is said to come with 13 MP lens.
Furthermore, the manufacturer will also include some built-in editing tools for the camera, which can be used to add more artistic feel into the taken photos. As an example, "blur allows refocusing anywhere on the selfie (up to 3 focal plains) or adding a bokeh photo effect to the background to stylize a selfie or simply to get rid of a photo bomber," Lenovo explained during their press release.
As for the Lenovo Vibe S1's internal specifications, it is expected to run on an octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor with a clock speed of 1.7 GHz. The CPU, as stated on the company's official post, will be backed up by 3 GB of RAM. It will also come with 32 GB of internal memory capacity, which can be easily expanded via MicroSD. It will also run on the current Android version, Android Lollipop 5.0, out of the box.
As for the display, the company shared that the Vibe S1 will sport a 5-inch screen with a display resolution of 1080p Full HD.
Lenovo Vibe S1 is set to be available in stores this coming November and price will start at $299, as mentioned on GSM Arena.
