There is no denying that the boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao last May is just as anticipated and watched as it is controversial. Since what is dubbed to be the "Fight of the Century," many reports claiming that a rematch is inevitable have since surfaced and while Mayweather's camp has yet to comment, "Pacman" is more than willing to come face to face with the "Pretty Boy" once more.

Mayweather vs. Pacquiao, which took place more than three months ago in May, is a professional boxing match that was held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The fight is one of the most highly anticipated sporting events of the year, so it is unsurprising that the bout not only broke the pay per view revenue records in the U.S. but was also watched by 50 percent of the households in the Philippines.

Despite fan favor being on Pacquiao, Mayweather still won the match by a unanimous decision. People who watched the event, however, have expressed their concerns about the fairness of the decision — claiming that the Filipino is indeed the rightful winner. Pacquiao himself still insists that he won over the five-division world champion.

In an interview with Fighting News just a few days ago, the Saranggani native, has claimed that he was the only boxer who was actually participating in the game while all Mayweather did was dodge his punches.

"He was running away all the time. I was making the fight by stalking him and believe that I deserved a victory," said Pacquiao.

The boxer also stated in the same interview that he intends to not only focus on his political career in the Philippines but also prepare for his final reckoning with "Pretty Boy" saying:

"I'd like to concentrate my efforts on working as a politician this year, and want to fight Mayweather in a rematch. I'll be ready for that mentally and physically next year. I'll show a better performance against him than in the first encounter."

No word yet when the rematch would be, however, reports claim that it is highly likely that 2016 would see Mayweather vs. Pacquiao part two.
