"Mistresses" has already provided an abundant flow of drama and sensual scenes to keep fans on their toes. But it looks like the show is only just starting to heat up as Karen engages in an intimate and highly unexpected affair, while April learns about parenting from her child Lucy's sexy headmaster.

A misunderstanding between Karen and Vivian leads to deepening of friendship and a surprising act of intimacy. The preview clip of the forthcoming episode provides a glimpse into what really goes on between Karen and Vivian.

Last week's episode saw Karen feeling guilty about getting close to Dr. Alec Adams. Karen felt the need to confess to his dying wife Vivian that she wasn't having an affair with her husband. Vivian is also the woman to whom Karen is donating her stem cells for treatment.

A racy preview clip shows Karen finally going to Alec's house to confess. But Vivian seems to have plans of her own. The two lock lips in a rather intimate manner. Later Karen attempts to leave the room when Vivian kisses her husband. But she is stopped by Vivian who begs her to stay. It's expected that the three indulge in a saucy threesome.

Meanwhile, April will receive some parenting tips by Blair, Lucy's new and sexy headmaster while they go on a camping trip. Moreover, Calista finds herself being pulled back in by Luca but just when she lets her guard down around him, he shows his ulterior motives.

TVLine reports that fans should watch out for a lot of surprising drama when it comes to Karen. Her threesome may prove to be disastrous and it's only the tip of the drama that awaits this character. "We were excited to find as many twists and turns for Karen as we could this year", says showrunner Rina Mimoun.
