Video game publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment will release the final downloadable content (DLC) pack for its fighting video game "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Boruto" tomorrow, Feb. 3. The gameplay trailer issued by the company featured the Seventh Hokage version of Naruto and other characters.

According to the game's official website, the DLC pack will introduce new playable characters like the younger ninjas, Boruto, Sarada and Mitsuki. The expansion will also present a more formidable Naruto as he can quickly transform from his normal self to his powered-up forms. He will also be more capable of releasing highly destructive attacks in quick succession.

The Wandering Shinobi and Naruto's long-time friend and rival, Sasuke Uchiha, will also get improved capabilities and power befitting his moniker.

Meanwhile, a "Naruto: Shippuden" spin-off series titled "Boruto: The Next Generation" is scheduled to be launched in the near future. In an interview with series creator Masashi Kishimoto on Weekly Shonen Jump, he claimed that the new anime will be funnier and lighter as he wants it to be enjoyed by a younger generation of boys and girls.

He also said that Boruto will be more refined than Naruto, as well as more mature and crafty. Boruto, however, will be more sarcastic than Naruto, who is more straightforward or frank.

Kishimoto also announced that there will be many new characters to be introduced in the series.

"There's a lot of characters that haven't shown up in Boruto yet," he said, adding, "so I'm excited about the drama involving them."

In the anime, Boruto is a shinobi from the Uzumaki clan in the village of Konohagakure. He is the eldest child of Naruto and Hinata Uzumaki. He also becomes a Hokage like his father after training under his father's best friend and rival, Sasuke.

Catch the official launching of the "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC pack tomorrow, Feb. 3.
