Orange is the New Black Season 2 update: Piper gets transferred to new prison

At the end of season 1, Piper Chapman almost killed the religious inmate, Pennsatucky, and the second season is set to be held weeks after the said altercation. What lies next for the prim and gullible Piper Chapman for Orange Is the New Black's next season?
In a review, published by The Daily Beast, of the first episode of the second season, it was written that season two is deemed to be more "bingeworthy" than the first season. As season 2 begins, it is still uncertain whether Pennsatucky, played by Taryn Manning, dies in the hands of Chapman. During this episode, Piper is seen being taken out of her cell block and possibly into a new prison.
This new prison where Piper is transferred is in Chicago, where she is set to testify against a drug lord, someone presumably affiliated with Alex. There are also suggestions that this particular drug lord is the reason why Alex and Piper are in prison.
In the said episode, there will be more flashbacks of Alex and Piper's relationship in the past, and it will further explore how the two got involved in the drug ring. Moments in Piper's childhood will also be featured in the flashbacks.
Aside from Piper and Alex's story line, the new season also promises to tell the stories of other female inmates in Litchfield prison. The Daily Beast review noted the ending as a major cliffhanger, attesting the excitement that lies in season 2.
Netflix will release all episodes of season 2 on June 6, 2014.
