Fans of hit Netflix jailbird drama, 'Orange is the New Black,' are holding their collective breaths for the season 3 premiere coming up in 2015.

The author of the book that inspired the series, Piper Kerman, recently had a talk and revealed that the new season will be filled with "really amazing stories and twists and turns."

The forthcoming season of Orange is the New Black will feature back stories of the other inmates, as well as new faces that will grace show.

Award-winning actress Mary Steenburgen, who appeared in shows such as Joan of Arcadia, Bored to Death, and Curb Your Enthusiasm, has revealed in her Twitter account that she will be joining the cast of Orange is the New Black in season 3.

It is said that Steenburgen will appear in the third season premiere.

"Very excited to go to my first wardrobe fitting of OITNB! Will I be in orange or black?" Steenburgen wrote on her Twitter account.

Meanwhile, actress Marsha Stephanie Blake, as revealed in her Instagram account, will now portray the character of the despicable antagonist of the past season, Pornstache.

Blake posted numerous photos in her account where she wears a corrections officer uniform with the name "B. Rogers" emblazoned on it.
