'Pokemon Sun and Moon' news: New forms revealed for Pokemon

Tons of new details have been revealed for the upcoming games "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon." A new trailer showed some of the first generation Pokemon changing in the Alola region and hinted that the land may be having an effect on them. New Pokemon were introduced as well in the upcoming new versions of the franchise.
First generation Pokemon like Vulpix and Ninetails are getting a makeover. It was shown in the trailer that Vulpix and Ninetails are changing their types. Both of the Pokemon were originally of the fire type. However, in the Alola region, the two Pokemon transformed into another form called the "Alola form." Vulpix becomes an ice type in this new form and its appearance changed to a white color. Meanwhile, Ninetails also transformed into an ice type but was also given fairy type characteristics as well. Its appearance looks like a very mystical wolf with the hues of blue and white.
Exeggutor also has its own Alola form and it was shown that the Pokemon's neck has grown very long and another head is present on its tail. The Pokemon's typing has changed since he was a grass type and a psychic type before. However, in his Alola form, the Pokemon becomes a grass type and a dragon type, although a lot of people think that the transformation of Exeggutor is a bit hilarious due to its strange appearance.
The other two Pokemon who have Alola forms are Sandshrew and Sandslash. Both were originally a ground type and a rock type Pokemon, but their new forms made them into an ice type and a steel type also.
Fans are still wondering if there will be more Alola forms for other Pokemon as well.
Aside from the new form that was introduced in the trailer, six new Pokemon were also shown. Those Pokemon are Fomantis, Lurantis, Gumshoos, Minior, Oricorio, and Mudbray.
"Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon" are set to come out on November 18 exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS.
