From being at the top of his game, James St. Patrick, aka Ghost, now has to scramble to keep his head above water and protect those he loves. But can he protect both Angela and Tommy when Milan is breathing down his neck?

Angela (Lela Loren) and Tommy (Joseph Sikora) are arguably the two most important people to Ghost (Omari Hardwick) right now. They're also the most vulnerable in the wake of Lobos' (Enrique Murciano) death and Milan's (Callan Mulvey) demands. The previous episode saw Angela and her team being investigated over the Lobos fiasco. Meanwhile, Tommy is spiraling out of control after learning that Holly (Lucy Walters) is pregnant.

Despite Angela's team being let go by the investigators, the hunt for the mole is still on in episode 8. While the whole team is under scrutiny, there's more pressure on Angela due to her involvement with James. Ghost follows a lead, but it causes him to question the loyalty of others. Is he now doubting Tommy's loyalty to him?

The trailer for the upcoming episode, ironically titled "Trust Me," begins with a shot of Angela and James having a serious discussion in the car. She's all business here as she angrily reminds him that "we're not friends, we're not lovers, we're just two people who need to work together to stay out of jail." The Office of Professional Responsibility is ramping things up, as someone from the department visits the club owner to discuss his relationship with Angela.

The AUSA agent is determined to cover her bases, as Angela confronts Tasha (Naturi Naughton) and tells her that "James' alibi checks out," but now she wants to know about Tommy. She later pays a visit to Tommy, who tells her to stay cool or she and Ghost would be needing matching jumpsuits. It remains to be seen whether she will take his advice.

The clip also shows Milan talking to Tommy. Later, Ghost seems to be watching his friend as he meets up with the rumored cannibal. Fans are no doubt wondering what Milan has in store for Tommy, now that he seems to have reached rock bottom.

Starz will be airing episode 8 of "Power" season 3 on Sept. 4 at 9 p.m.
