Alleged leaked photos of Samsung Galaxy F (or Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime) show a glowing gold version of the flagship smartphone.

Somewhat credible online tipster, @evleaks are again responsible for posting images of what could be the next big thing for the South Korean tech giant.

Supporting reports that Samsung is prepping for a grand launch of another smartphone in the distant future, the company released a new version of Galaxy S5 sporting a powerful LTE feature of up to 300 Mbps, and a 2560 x 1440 resolution display with 576 pixel per inch.

This supercharged version of the Samsung Galaxy S5, that was introduced recently, will not be hitting the global stage, and availability has been limited in its homecourt South Korea, news that disappointed a lot of potential buyers worldwide, especially in the United States.

Other spectators feel that the features that Galaxy S5 LTE-A parades is just reminiscent of Samsung Galaxy F rumors.

Galaxy F is expected to be the most high-end of the Galaxy S5 family, and will sport the following specs: 5.2-inch screen, 2560x1440 QHD display, an Adreno 420 GPU, Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor with 3GB RAM.

The leaked photos also suggested that this variant will retain the fingerprint scanner and heart rate monitor.

A lot of Samsung patrons have long been requesting a metal covering versus the past plastic ones, and it seems like their wish will be granted if and when Galaxy F is released in the market this year.

With only a few days left before July and the 2nd quarter of the year closes, pundits are predicting a launch just before the holidays.

Samsung will have to face fiercer competition towards the second half of this year, with the much-anticipated launches of Apple's iPhone 6 and LG G3.

Samsung would have to come up with an answer to these new lines coming out on the market soon.
