Freshman series "Scream Queens" has finally ended and the bloody two-hour finale did not disappoint! Viewers finally learned to the Red Devil's true identity and discovered the mysterious events that transpired in the Kappa house back in 1995.

The real identity of the Red Devil was none other than Boone and Hester Ulrich. It was revealed that Boone and Hester were the twins in the Kappa house that night and that their adoptive mother Gigi had trained them to seek revenge for what had happened to their mother.

Lea Michele revealed that she wasn't aware of her true identity. She only learned about it after the last script was released. She immediately ran to co-creator Ryan Murphy to confirm the news.

"I was really shocked. I was grateful that Ryan brought this incredible opportunity to me. I never thought that he had thought out that I was the killer," the actress told Entertainment Weekly.

Michele shared that she also enjoyed portraying Hester. "I really just got to do so much with this character," she said. Michele had fun being funny, weird, and in the end, villainous.

Regarding her love-hate relationship with Chanel (Emma Roberts), Michele explained that by the latter part of the season, the two became sympathetic to each other. However, Hester was fully committed to her plan. It wasn't anything against Chanel but rather it was who she represented.

While "Scream Queens" has not yet been renewed for season two, there are already plans for the upcoming season. Murphy had previously revealed that he envisions the show as an anthology series.

Michele revealed that Murphy intends to have a new killer next season. It will also be interesting to see how Hester will be next season. "It'll be great to play her keeping this secret and being a victim of what will be a new killer for a new year," Michele said.

The upcoming season will take place in a new location but Murphy has yet to reveal which characters will come back.
