Now that Mike Ross' trial has begun, things are bound to heat up in an all-new episode of "Suits." In the season's penultimate episode titled "Tick Tock," Assistant U.S. Attorney Anita Gibbs offers Louis Litt immunity in exchange for turning on Mike and his fellow colleagues at Pearson Specter Litt.

Last week on "Self Defense," Louis was clearly on Mike's side as he was responsible for Shiela leaving the country and her then failing to show up as a witness for Gibbs. However, by the end of the episode, Gibbs had discovered the moment Louis learned of Mike's secret and warned him that he should think wisely before he loses everything he has accomplished.

"Every single one of us is going to jail because of what you did," an angry Louis tells Harvey in the promo. Then, in another scene, Louis seeks out Gibbs and asks her for immunity in exchange for revealing information about Harvey and Mike.

Is this the final straw for Louis? Will he finally do irreparable damage by turning on his friends?

Meanwhile, Harvey is willing to do anything to ensure that Mike wins the trial – even if it means breaking the law. Aided by Jessica, Harvey decides that he will need the list of jurors. However, Donna, after having a tough time at the stand last week, finally says no to Harvey.

"It's called breaking the law and I don't want any part of it," she tells Harvey.

Harvey and Mike try to plan out a new strategy for the next court hearing. Rachel also tries to help Mike by teaching him how to gain the hearts of the jurors. With these latest moves, will Mike be able to win his case?

With the season almost ending and Mike's trial reaching its climax, be sure to catch the latest episode "Tick Tock" airing on Feb. 24.

Season 5 of "Suits" airs every Wednesday at 10 p.m. on USA.
