'Suits' season 6 spoilers: Mike does not regret anything

Season 6 of "Suits" is almost here and fans cannot be more excited over the new trailer released for the upcoming premiere this July 13. In the video, Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) is set to spend the next couple of years in jail for conspiracy in fraud, but it looks like he does not regret a thing about what happened.
When Mike approached Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht), looking for a job, he wowed him with his smooth talk and photographic memory. The latter knew the applicant was not a bona fide lawyer but he was convinced that letting go of such a prodigy was a huge mistake. Harvey hired Mike on the spot and started living a lie, until the moment his protege's secret was exposed. Mike was tried in court for fraud. The prosecutors were also looking at the firm's liability over his crime. To stop further investigations, Mike decided to accept a plea deal.
Showrunner Aaron Korsh previously told The Hollywood Reporter that there would not be a time jump in the upcoming season. The premiere episode will start the night Mike is booked and sent to prison. Korsh shared that the character would have to remain there for a while, as they have no intention to cut off his sentence. They wanted to showcase the difficulties he would be facing and how the experience would change his life.
"We're coming back right where we left off. ... We're coming back to the very night that we ended the episode on. The entire episode as is currently contemplated takes place with Mike's first night in prison and the first night back at the firm when they've come back and it's empty," the EP said.
Meanwhile, the new promo does not reveal much of what is set to happen in the new installment. Instead, it shows a collection of Mike's memories, right from the moment he convinced Harvey he would be the greatest lawyer he would ever see. In the end, Mike's voice can be heard saying, "I made a decision. I can't go back in time and change it." Does it mean he has no regrets about what happened?
"Suits" season 6 premieres on July 13 on the USA Network.
