"Teen Wolf" season 6, which is expected to premiere this June, is rumored to be the return of Peter and Derek Hale to Beacon Hills.

According to reports, Peter Hale (Ian Bohen) is set to return in the second episode of the sixth season of the supernatural drama. His return could also hint at Derek's comeback.

Tyler Hoechlin, who plays as Derek, announced his decision to leave the hit show early last year. However, executive producer Jeff Davis assured fans that it won't be Derek's last appearance. "While he won't be a series regular anymore, I can say that you probably won't have seen the last of Derek Hale," he said at PaleyFest, Hollywood Life reports.

Aside from the Hales, the show also plans to introduce three new teenagers next season. This is the producers' move to put the spotlight more on a younger Teen Wolf.

There are also rumors that Cody Christian's character, Theo, who is supposed to be dead in the previous season's finale, will come back in the upcoming season.

Davis revealed to TV Guide some plot spoilers for season 6. He said that the theme will be about "memory," since it will play a huge part in next season's plotline of the next season.

He also revealed that aside from the Nazi zombie, the team behind the show will also be adding a new threat. "There will be another threat that is worrisome. That has to do with the different mythology that we're exploring for Season 6, which is a pretty big one for us and technically very difficult for us," he said.

Davis also said that the show will also test the friendships of the characters. Season 6 will be showing how strong their friendships could go. According to him, he liked creating stories about the pack's fallout and comeback.

Season 6 of "Teen Wolf" will premiere this June.
