'The 100' season 4 air date, spoilers, news, rumors: Is Clarke ready for love?

(FACEBOOK/The 100)Are fans ready to see Clarke fall in love again?

Following the tragic death of Lexa in "The 100" season 3, fans might see Clarke finding happiness again in the upcoming installment as recent reports suggest that the writers are working on a romantic storyline for the character.

Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and Lexa's (Alycia Debnam-Carey) short-lived love disappointed many viewers, but this time around, Clarke may be happy for a longer period as she and her people strive to live on for the next six months.

Fans have been demanding that the show bring back Lexa but this seems impossible at this time. A more plausible arc is Clarke falling in love with either someone she has known for a long time already or a new character who will join the cast of "The 100" season 4. The question is, will she be ready for love?

Clarke is a strong person and happiness has always been far from her. Should she decide to move on from Lexa, viewers might not be so happy with a quick turnaround, especially since the love she and Lexa had appeared to be deep. Even if Clarke may be ready to open her heart once more, viewers may not accept this right away.

Meanwhile, filming will reportedly wrap up sometime early January and if this is true, "The 100" season 4 may start airing sometime summer 2017. However, such speculations should be taken with a grain of salt for now until official word comes out.

As fans dig online for bits of spoilers about what to expect from the new season, Twitter spoiler Inside The 100 has unveiled new set photos featuring costumes for some of the clans which will be featured in "The 100" season 4.

The costumes look well-thought of and the new outfit for the Ice Nation in particular has gained a lot of respect from fans. While portraying a rugged look, the costume also sports what appears to be wool and chains of gold.
