'The Blacklist' season 3 episode 14 spoilers: Red and Liz hunt for a kidnapper preying on unwanted children; Tom to face the dangerous consequences of working with his ex

Despite their differences, Raymond Reddington and Tom Keen have shown that they are men trying to do the right thing for the women they love. In Red's case, it meant bringing down Alistair Pitt while for Tom, it was working on a diamond heist with his ex-girlfriend in the previous episode. But while Red can now move on to catching another blacklister, Tom's actions might have fatal repercussions.
Episode 14 of "The Blacklist" season 3 will reportedly feature a case that resonates with Liz (Megan Boone). A synopsis for "Lady Ambrosia" revealed that Red (James Spader) and Liz will once again be working with Ressler's task force to apprehend a woman who's kidnapping children. Meanwhile, Tom's (Ryan Eggold) recent decisions for his new family might come back to haunt him.
The trailer for the upcoming episode appears to paint this "Lady Ambrosia" as someone taking in unwanted children. The clip starts by giving viewers a glimpse of an ordinary looking house. Red's voice recounts the story of a woman who gathered unwanted children, promising them "they'll live forever." There are various scenes showing a woman kissing a dead child, children walking through the woods, the same woman caressing a man's face in a maternal way. The children are also seen surrounding a well, clapping while the man throws a body in. Red then ominously says there's a real woman kidnapping children.
The clip also showed Tom in danger. He's first shown with Gina (Margarita Levieva) as a car explodes. A van then arrives at a warehouse and they open the back. The teaser ends with men shooting at the van, Liz asking "what have you done?" and Tom apparently passing out, on top of dead bodies.
It's ironic that Tom's desire to provide for his new family has led him to involving himself with Gina's schemes when Liz still seems set on giving up their baby for adoption. But will this new case and the recent turn of events change the ex-FBI agent's mind?
"The Blacklist" season 3 will return with a new episode on Feb. 11.
