'The Originals' season 4 premiere spoilers: Baby Hope to play a key role

"The Originals" season 3 finale has opened a lot of possible story arcs for season 4. The Mikaelsons have fallen but one. Baby Hope is speculated to live up to her name as the family's hope for redemption and it is now up to her and her mother Hayley to help them.
In the finale, they drove off with a truck containing four caskets, which had the bodies of Elijah, Rebekah, Kol, and Freya. Meanwhile, Klaus was daggered to keep him in a haunting coma state said to be worse than death itself.
Marcel has taken control of New Orleans once again, but his journey to the dark side might see him at odds with Vincent who seems to be leading the witches now that their ties to the ancestors have been broken. While Marcel's anger will continue, he will not be the biggest villain in season 4.
As with most families, situations will find a way to break apart the members and to bring them back together as well. Although forgiveness might not be seen right away, it is speculated that Klaus' visible change in the last episodes will continue on.
Unlike its previous runs, "The Originals" season 4 will not be airing simultaneously with its parent series, "The Vampire Diaries;" instead, it will air in early 2017 to reportedly strengthen The CW network's winter program. The eighth season of "The Vampire Diaries" is rumored to be its last as well. However, since some storylines between the parent series and its spin-off are connected, some characters are believed to join the cast in season 4.
Hayley will need the help of other supernatural beings to help the Mikaelsons. Baby Hope is the only hybrid who has witches, wolves, and vampires as her ancestors, and her lineage is expected to play a big part in all supernaturals coming together to help her father, uncles, and aunt.
