'Z Nation' season 3 episode 6 spoilers: Doc ends up in a mental hospital
Doc (Russell Hodgkinson) is captured in the upcoming episode 7, titled "Doc Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest," of the third season of the American post apocalyptic comedy drama "Z Nation."
According to reports, Doc will be captured by a number of residents from a mental hospital. The promo trailer for "Doc Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" shows Doc gaining consciousness to what seems like an unfamiliar environment. He asks the people gathered around him about the place he ended up in. The nurse tells him that he is in Serenity Falls Institution, which is a mental facility for the criminally insane. After learning his whereabouts, Doc could not help but curse in shock.
Meanwhile, music scorer for the series, Jason Gallagher, shared about season 3 through his music in an interview with Flickering Myth. He said, "I think this season has been darker and crazier than the last two, and when you have the chance to set the tone for those storylines, it's really fun. I think I take the same approach to every episode, which is trying to live up to the amazing work of our directors and editors."
As for some spoilers, Gallagher revealed, "I can tell you there are some surprises, and people definitely die!" He also shared that the saddest death in season 2 was Mac because many fans loved the character so much that it was painful to watch him die from Addy's perspective. This confession could mean that another sad death may happen again this season.
Also, he shared that he maintained the music on the show to be dark, despite the comedic flare of the show. This is to keep the apocalyptic feel of the setting.
The previous episode, titled "Little Red and the WolfZ," saw the lone 10K (Nat Zang) being stalked by a pack of wolves.
