'Daredevil' season 2 update: Marvel exec tweets new concept art; poster to be shown at NYCC

Fans of the superhero Daredevil and of the Netflix series with the same name have much to look forward to this weekend. The New York Comic-Con is happening, and on top of a panel from the Internet streaming service, they get a brand new concept art.
Joe Quesada, Chief Creative Officer at Marvel, posted on Twitter a link to the new concept art for season 2 of Netflix's "Daredevil." It looks super cool, with comic book touches to a rougher — maybe even tougher — looking Matt Murdock aka Daredevil (Charlie Cox). The cool thing about the concept art is that fans can have their very own copy as posters will be made available during Marvel's panel at the New York Comic-Con.
All Marvel TV properties will be making their presence known this weekend at the NYCC. The annual convention will be held from Oct. 8 to 11 this year and Marvel will have one panel dedicated for ABC's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." and another for Netflix's "Daredevil" and the upcoming "Jessica Jones."
"Daredevil" and "Jessica Jones" will be showcased on Saturday, Oct. 10, from 5 to 6 p.m. Fans just have to head to Main Stage 1-D. But the poster is just cherry on top as everyone is already in for a treat just by attending the panel. The cast of the newest Netflix shows will make their first ever comic-con appearance. Those who will be there for the Man Without Fear can also relive some of season 1's greatest moments.
Cox is coming back for the new season to reprise his role as Hell's Kitchen's first superhero. Rejoining him are Elden Henson as Foggy and Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page. Jon Bernthal, last known for his role as Shane in AMC's "The Walking Dead," joins the cast as The Punisher.
"Daredevil" season 2 has no definite release date yet. Stay tuned for updates.
