'Dragon Ball Super' spoilers: new chapter opens in Goku's life in Episode 15, while Satan's Super Saiyan mode reemerges

Fans of the Dragon Ball franchise saw the end of the Battle of Gods story arc in a brand new episode of "Dragon Ball Super" last Sunday, Oct. 11. So what else is left for the show in episode 15? A new villain, of course, and a new chapter in Goku's life.
After the culmination of Goku and Lord Beerus' battle, a preview trailer of "Satan, Cause a Miracle!," the 15th episode of "Dragon Ball Super," circulated online and it teased of a new story arc.
Yibada has posted a rough translation from Japanese of the episode's official synopsis: "After the battle with Beerus wraps up, a terrible visitor comes to Satan!?"
In YouTube, a preview had also been posted and everyone does get a lot of face time on it. The clip starts off with Satan preparing for a normal day but it then morphs into an extraordinary one. Of note is the appearance of his Super Saiyan mode.
The episode seems interesting but does not look like the start of a far-reaching story arc. Yibada then speculates that "Satan, Cause a Miracle!" may be a filler episode. Fans have to wait for Oct. 18 to see if it turn out to be true.
In the meantime, the Battle of Gods has indeed ended. Goku and Lord Beerus had been in an intense fight for the past episodes, with episode 14 taking them to space. Later in the episode, the two find themselves battling it out under water. There were a lot of grappling and grabbing and even Goku's signature Kamehameha wave. The fight "ended" when Beerus falls asleep after crashing back on Earth. Whis flies him off, saying he'd have forgotten about everything when they reach Beerus' planet.
The Battle of Gods angle is just the first chapter for the show. Writer Akira Toriyama promises that more exciting happenings are about to hit the new anime series. In a recent interview, he said that new characters — allies and villains — are scheduled to make an appearance.
"Dragon Ball Super" airs in Japan every Sunday.
