While "Fear the Walking Dead" season 3 is not expected to premiere soon, it is already expected that the prequel series of "The Walking Dead" will have some of its characters killed when it returns for its next season.

After the supposed death of Daniel Salazar (Rubén Blades) and Chris Manawa (Lorenzo James Henrie) in "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2, it is expected that the upcoming season of the series will kill more of its important characters.

Siver Times opines that, "Fear the Walking Dead" is a series about zombies, hence, deaths should be expected given the perilous environment where the characters are placed. However, among the numerous characters that the series has, it is suspected that one among (or all of) Ofelia (Mercedes Mason), Luciana (Danay Garcia), or Travis (Cliff Curtis) may finally meet their demise in the upcoming season 3 of the show.

International Business Times opines that it would not really be surprising if Ofelia is killed in the upcoming season 3 of "Fear of the Walking Dead." The online publication believes that, although Ofelia has shown some progress as far as her zombie-stabbing skills are concerned, dealing with the living is a lot tougher than killing the undead. As she was captured by the armed militia group responsible for attacking Nick (Frank Dillane) and Luciana, it is suspected that she might sing her swan song in the series' next season.

Luciana, on the other hand, is considered as one of the strongest characters in "Fear the Walking Dead." However, as the season 2 finale of the series featured her being shot  in front and is unlikely to get treatment from members of the militia, it is also possible that she may finally die in the upcoming installment of the zombie-survival series.

Finally, while there is no denying that Travis is the most resourceful character in "Fear the Walking Dead," the death of his son, Chris, in the previous season may take a toll on him. It is suspected that, because of his son's death, he may be driven by his rage and will do something illogical that will lead to his demise.
