It is going to be a fierce fight among the members of the Keating Five as they vie for Annalise's (Viola Davis) favor in the upcoming season of "How to Get Away with Murder."
With Frank (Charlie Weber) on the run, his position as Annalise's number one confidante among his group has been left open. The other members of the Keating Five knew that Frank's job was not easy, but it did have its perks. Because of his connection to the death of Annalise's baby, he ran away. Even his girlfriend does not know where he is. Frank's predicament is the others' huge chance in buttering up to the lawyer-professor.
Executive producer Pete Nowalk warned Entertainment Weekly, however, that it would not be that easy. This would not discourage them from trying, though.
"They could each do it in their own way. There's also Nate (Billy Brown), by the way, who could do it. But I don't know if anyone can actually replace Frank, because he was a very specific role in Annalise's life. The fact that she had such control over him — obviously she didn't know where that came from — but that he's willing to do any bad thing for her, I don't know if anyone else in the firm would go as far as Frank did. Hard shoes to fill," the EP said.
Out of all the Keating Five, Wes (Alfred Enoch) has the best chance to succeed, but he may not be too interested to cater to Annalise. His alleged father was shot in front him and he is not likely to forget that.
Meanwhile, Davis recently took to Twitter and announced that the premiere of season 3 would air on Thursday, Sept. 22 at 10 p.m. EST on ABC. She said fans should count down the days everyone would return on television. According to the actress, they need to mark their calendars so as not to forget "#HTGAWM's" return.
