First came courtship, then came an engagement. But now, rumors are rampant that Jinger Duggar is pregnant with Jeremy Vuolo's child.

The pair previously announced their courtship through a video released on TLC's website. The couple met through Jessa and Ben Seewald, and subsequently started courting. An engagement announcement was posted on the Duggar family website. 

"We are overjoyed to be engaged! It was a beautiful moment and we look forward to a lifetime together. We are so grateful for how the Lord has brought us together. It has been a beautiful and incredible journey so far and we are excited about serving Christ together in the days ahead," Jinger and Vuolo expressed.

The courtship and engagement are expected to be shown in season 2 of TLC's "Jill & Jessa: Counting On," which focuses on two Duggar girls, Jill and Jessa, as they navigate life with their respective families.

The Duggar family's rules on dating are very strict, as patriarch Jim Bob has pointed out time and again. No hand-holding, no hugging, no kissing, and definitely no intercourse. They are only allowed to hold each other's hands after getting engaged and a side hug is all that is permitted. The first kiss will take place on their wedding day and intercourse after they are married.

So it came as a shock to everyone when rumors started circulating that Jinger is pregnant. The speculation started when a blind item was supposedly posted on Crazy Days and Nights. The post reads: "This one of a million kids is apparently pregnant. That will definitely not make into the program. Better have them elope quickly."

Many were quick to point out that "one of a million kids" might mean one of the Duggar family girls since there are a lot of them. Speculation then turned to Jinger mainly because of her reputation for being somewhat of a rebel. Plus, there was previous news on Jinger violating Duggar family courtship rules.

It remains to be seen if there is any truth to these rumors, so fans should take this with a grain of salt for now.
