Mere days before the release of "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4," CyberConnect2 CEO Hiroshi Matsuyama has announced details regarding the game developer's post-launch plans. Matsuyama revealed that the Sound Four will finally be introduced to the "Ultimate Ninja Storm" series via the upcoming "Sound of Four" DLC pack.

"I know that these characters have been highly requested for a long time and we are excited to finally bring them to our fans. We have been hard at work to make sure that the Sound Four are very unique to play as," said Matsuyama.

No specific release date was identified but Matsuyama announced that it will be released in the coming months.

Bandai Namco has already previously revealed that there will be three DLC packs coming to "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm."

According to SteamDB, an unofficial website detailing upcoming releases on Steam, the two other DLC packs are Shikamaru's Tale and Gaara's Tale.

The Shikamaru's Tale DLC will introduce a new three-hour scenario focused on Shikamaru and will cover events that happened a few years after the Fourth Shinobi War. Meanwhile, the Gaara's Tale DLC will also be a three-hour scenario following Gaara after the events of "The Last: Naruto the Movie" and before "Boruto: Naruto the Movie."

The Shikamaru's Tale DLC and the Gaara's Tale DLC packs are expected to be released ahead of the Sound of Four DLC pack.

The upcoming DLC packs will give players access to exclusive content including new costumes, combination secret techniques, ninja info cards, matching voices and costumes from the previous games.

All three DLC packs will also be available with the Season Pass. Players who avail of the Season Pass or all three DLC packs will receive the exclusive Akatsuki combination secret technique for free.

"Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" is the sixth and final installment in the "Ultimate Ninja Storm" series. The upcoming fighting game will chronicle the final arcs of the "Naruto" storyline.

"Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" will be released on Feb. 9 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows PC.
