'One Punch Man' season 2 release date, spoilers: Saitama to face several antagonists

With the undeniable success of the English-dubbed version of "One Punch Man" on Toonami, rumor has it that the anime's season 2 will be released earlier than expected.

According to reports, the highly anticipated season 2 of "One Punch Man" is almost complete and may just be released anytime soon. In the event that this really happens, fans will be delighted to find out if the rumors about the possible plots of the well-loved anime series will hold true or not.

Various spoilers about "One Punch Man" season 2 have surfaced online, many of which point to one thing: Saitama will once again find himself in a bout against Lord Boros, whom he already defeated in the previous season. Rumor has it that when Lord Boros faces Saitama this time around, he will be much stronger and better prepared than the last time they battled.

Apart from Lord Boros, it is also said that Saitama will be facing several other villains as "One Punch Man" season 2 will be featuring a lot of other antagonists. Among the new villains Saitama will, reportedly, battle is Amai Mask, a Class A Rank who is said to launch an attack against the Hero Association to bait Saitama.

It is also believed that "One Punch Man" season 2 will be ushering in Garou, a vicious monster, which is not originally a part of the anime's Manga counterpart.

There are also reports saying that "One Punch Man" season 2 will explore the love department for Saitama as, allegedly, he will be given a love interest in the upcoming season. However, it seems that even his love life will be just as complicated as his superhero life because, supposedly, he will find himself in the midst of a love triangle.

There are now reports claiming that "One Punch Man" season 2 will be airing this October, although this piece of information hasn't been confirmed yet. However, in the event that it will really happen, fans would surely jubilate to see Saitama anew and his new superhero adventures, much more if the aforementioned rumors turn out to be true.
