In June, Sony announced the company would start making six new titles available for free every month on its premium PlayStation Plus subscription service. The complete list of free games for July 2014 is now available. 

PlayStation Plus members can download the following games for free:

PS4: Towerfall Ascension and Strider

PS3: Dead Space 3 and Vessel

PS Vita: Muramasa Rebirth and Doki-Doki Universe

'Towerfall Ascension' is a competitive realm where you and your friends can take some time together and master shooting and catching arrows and strategically use power ups.

A reboot of an action-packed series, 'Strider' requires you to assassinate a heavily guarded target with ninja skills and upgrades you can collect along the way.

If you enjoy playing in co-op mode in a scary setting, 'Dead Space 3' is the right kind of horror game for you, otherwise, you can spend time with your friends and play puzzle games in 'Vessel.'

Only one membership is needed to access the free games across all three platforms: PS4, PS3 and PS Vita.

Being a member provides a player with privileges such as online multiplayer on the PS4 system, up to 3GB online game save storage, instant game collection, exclusive discounts of up to 75% on the PlayStation Store, online game saves, automatic system updates, exclusive betas, full game trials and non-game apps.

PlayStation Plus also gives players the avenue to meet and play with like-minded gamers and get connected via this online multiplayer service.

12-month membership for $49.99 ($5/month)

3-month membership for $17.99 ($6/month)

1-month membership for $9.99

14-day trial for new members only
